The i-coach Academy offers masters and doctorate degree programmes through its faculties in London, New York and Cape Town.
The philosophy of the i-coach academy is based on the notion that
- Coaches are drawn from a variety of fields of experience
- In order to coach effectively, coaches need to use a framework which includes multiple coaching models in order to effectively address the multiple contexts and purposes of the clients in their care.
- Participants come to the programme with significant prior experience. Thus the i-coach academy works with participants to create individual learning plans which aim to address their unique knowledge gaps and ensure time is not spent repeating content and skill practice they may have gained elsewhere.
All programmes offered are accredited through the Professional Development Foundation and the National Centre for Work-based learning Partnerships at Middlesex University, UK. | |
