CMN director co-authors chapter for popular guide to using psychometrics & assessment in coaching

CMN Director Pauline Willis co-authors chapter for 2nd Edition of popular Association of Coaching book Psychometrics in Coaching: Using Psychological and Psychometric Tools for Development.

Edited by Dr Jonathan Passmore & published by Kogan Page, the 2nd Edition of this popular guide to using psychometrics in coaching has been fully updated with three new chapters. One of the new chapters which focuses on the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF), has been co-authored by Coaching and Mentoring Network Director Pauline Willis with Rob Bailey from the Oxford Psychologists Press (OPP).

As a leading practitioner in the field Pauline has used the 16PF, which was created by Raymond Cattell extensively as both an assessment and development tool. The new 16PF Chapter shares her wisdom on the use of the 16PF as a coaching tool for individuals and teams.

The 16PF is published by OPP who provide training and accreditation for coaches to use the 16PF. A guide to using the 16PF for coaching and which complements this chapter is available as a free download from the OPP website.
