I am an Accredited Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) and credentialed coach (ACC) for the ICF (International Coach Federation). I have successfully run my own business for the last 20 years working in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, coaching and mentoring individuals, teams and organisations

My wide ranging career has been as a designer, operations manager, HD development specialist, coach and mentor, manufacturing service and public sectors with start ups and multinationals

Qualified as a high business growth coach and through the ILM and in NLP I bring extensive leadership skills to the partnership of working with business owners / directors i also have an M.Sc in Strategic HRD as well as diplomas in Management

My recent projects have included coaching directors through organisational change, coaching skills for managers programmes, communication skills in project management,enabling senior managers to succeed, coaching new business start ups.
