The organisation specialises in coach training for experienced executive coaches and combines theory and practice relating to advanced performance coaching, therapeutic skills and leadership development.
As well as promoting the Academy's programme, this vast site offers some interesting perspectives on the coaching field and its relationship with therapeutic methods.
