Registration Process
Requesting forms
Complete the email box on the Registration page with your name and contact details including email address. You will be sent by email (unless you specify otherwise) the relevant Registration forms.
Completing forms
The form is based on the information we ask in the on-line 'Detailed Search' questionnaire. It is therefore quite comprehensive as we need as much information as possible to make the best matches between prospective clients and the services you offer.
You will also need to provide us with a biography, a short description for the Results page and a photograph
Evidence of qualifications
We check all professional memberships and qualifications that are mentioned in your biography or if you tick the relevant boxes on the Registration form. In order for us to do this we ask for original or certified copies of certificates and/or membership numbers. If you don't supply this information then we can still process your registration but you will not be entered into the categories in the Qualifications or Professional Credential sections and references to these will be excluded from your biography.

Introduction to Biography
The biography is displayed on your profile page, following a successful search. The short description is shown on the results page which displays the coaches and mentors most closely matching your search requirements.
How should I supply the Network with my biography and the short description?
Electronically in Word format please, preferably by email.
What should I include in the biography?
Details of the services you offer, the experience you have and the types of clients you work with. In particular use it to differentiate and distinguish your services from your competitors. If you are registering for both business and personal databases you may want to write two separate biographies.
You may also want to include:
- Formal qualifications and professional credentials: ( Note that evidence must be supplied to the Network of all qualifications and memberships listed)
- A link to your website
- Brief references and testimonials
- Sample costs and method of service provision
Note: You may wish to re-iterate facts covered by the questionnaire as these will not automatically be displayed in your profile.
How long should the biography be?
We do not have a word-count limit. The majority of biographies are around 200 words, although some extend to approximately 400.
What about the short description?
As this is displayed on the results page, it needs to briefly and persuasively say something about you and your services. Word-count should be about 20 - 30.

Instructions for Photograph
Do I need one?
If you don't supply a photo then we can use a default image of our orange tree so your biography page won't have a big empty space. However, this database is all about selling your services and a photograph can be a powerful form of promotion. If a prospective client is comparing several biographies then they may feel more connection with a particular coach or mentor's services if they can see what they look like.
If you don't want to use a photo then you can supply a copy of your company logo or similar image, as long as it's in the same file format as for a photo.
What tips can you give me for the photograph?
It needs to be a colour photograph taken no longer ago than 2 years. Whether you choose business or casual dress, the most important factor is to look approachable to a prospective client. If you are registering on both databases you may want to include different photographs for each.
In what format should I supply it?
Digitised via email or on CD .jpg format and sized to 150 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. Please write your name on the CD case.
