It is not possible to individually assess the skills, credentials and competence of the coaches and mentors on the Network. However, we do the following:

• All coaches and mentors have agreed to conform to our Code of Practice which provides a framework of guidelines for both the coach or mentor and you as the client. You should read this before appointing a coach.

• All qualifications and professional / institute memberships displayed in the coach or mentor's profile or selected within the questionnaire have been checked by production of a certified copy of the certificate and/or by communication with the professional body. This is done at the time of registration and at renewal where there is an expiry date associated with the membership. We recommend that you satisfy yourself that any professional memberships are still valid. Please note that we do not verify a coach or mentor's experience nor prescribe delivery methods and techniques and so we recommend you seek references and testimonials prior to entering into a contractual arrangement.

• The Network operates a feedback procedure to identify and act on any issues or concerns arising from services obtained through the network - as well as praise too of course! The Network reserves the right to expel registered coaches and mentors for serious breaches of contract, professional misconduct, or any other claims made against the coach or mentor deemed to be sufficiently serious by the Network.

Please note that any coaching or mentoring programme you enter into is contracted between yourself and the coach or mentor and not with the Network.
