This area is open to all those who have registered. In registering you agree to use it responsibly and not to contribute anything which may be considered libellous, defamatory, offensive or disrespectful of the opinions of others. Any contributions which, in the opinion of the Coaching & Mentoring Network, breach these conditions of use will be removed and the author may be barred.

For a first, minor infringement the Coaching & Mentoring Network will issue a warning by email to the contributor, however, in the event of a second message being removed the Coaching & Mentoring Network reserves the right to permanently bar the contributor. The Coaching & Mentoring Network retains the right to remove any contributor without warning.

This service is made available free of charge to all users considered by the Coaching & Mentoring Network to be eligible. The Coaching & Mentoring Network does not offer any guarantee of service quality and availability and may change the conditions of use without notice. Any changes will be notified to registered users by email. There are no plans to introduce charges for the service or to remove the facility from the website.

The views contained in the discussion groups are those of the individual contributors and are not necessarily those of the Coaching & Mentoring Network or those of the contributor's employer.
