Anna Britnor Guest
Anna is one of the Network's three shareholders and directors. Bringing
extensive coaching and sales experience, Anna's activities within the Coaching &
Mentoring Network are broad, ranging from the content of the website, liaising with
database subscribers, day-to-day management and strategic business direction.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (FInstSMM), an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors and has a BA(Hons) in Humanities. She writes regularly for business journals and
business web sites on coaching and mentoring related issues including for three years her own monthly
column 'Sales Coach' in Infomatics, a specialist publication for sales professionals as well as chapters on coaching and mentoring in a number of business books.

Coaching
Focusing on sales and customer-facing staff at all levels, Anna delivers coaching
programmes through her specialist coaching practice, Leading Edge Coaching. Programmes
assist clients in improving sales skills and customer relationships, developing
employee morale and motivation and creating cultures which promote loyalty and
reduce staff turnover. She has worked with organisations from some of the world's largest multi-nationals through to individuals seeking coaching for career development.
Anna has broad interests and more hobbies than she has time for, including waterskiing,
dinghy sailing and gardening.
