What can I do if I feel that the services I have received from a coach or mentor registered with the Network have been unprofessional?

If you have concerns about the service you have received from a coach registered with our Network please let us know. Our Code of Practice provides an overview of the professional obligations of the coach or mentor. The Disclaimer outlines the limitations of our liability in relation to these services. We treat all complaints and enquiries with due seriousness and will act on serious complaints. The two responses open to us are removing coaches and mentors from the register and notifying those professional organisations of which the coach or mentor is a member. All feedback of this nature is treated in strictest confidence and with sensitivity.

Can I provide positive feedback if the services I have received have been outstanding or noteworthy?

Yes please! We are interested in all feedback about the services provided by any individual or organisation linked to our site. When we receive feedback about coaches and mentors we use this information when choosing the coach to be featured in "spotlight" which brings attention to coaches or mentors who either have something special to offer, or who have provided an outstanding service to their clients. We also welcome feedback about services offered by the organisations who appear in the links section of our site.

What can I do if I have an idea for improving The Network website or services?

Our aim is for this site to be a key resource for people and organisations who are interested in coaching and mentoring services and information. We also support coaches and mentors in continuing professional development. As such we welcome all suggestions and comments on how we can make the site bigger and better. One thing you can be sure of - the more feedback we receive, the better it will get!!
